1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing virtualtourcy.com, operated by TKOCY LTD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Subscription and Cloud SaaS

VirtualTourCy is a subscription-based Web App. Payment is required in advance.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via the user dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds: In accordance with Cyprus Consumer Law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to consumers, provided the service has not been fully utilized.

3. User Content & Marketing License

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the 360 photos/videos you upload.

• Promotion License: By using VirtualTourCy, you grant TKOCY LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your created virtual tours (including your business name and logos) for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes across our website, social media, and advertisements.

• Responsibility: You warrant that you have the legal right to film/photograph the spaces you upload and that they do not violate privacy or property rights in Cyprus or elsewhere.

4. Communication & Marketing

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that TKOCY LTD may contact you regarding account updates, security alerts, and—where you have opted in—marketing newsletters and promotional offers via Email or SMS. You may opt-out at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link.

5. Limitation of Liability

TKOCY LTD provides the platform “as-is.” We are not liable for any business loss resulting from service downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 6 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Limassol.
